Zune.net is the official site for the Microsoft digital media platform, Zune. A variety of products are available including software, HD, MP3 players and a subscription service for music downloads. Links to these plus accessories, a learning center and more are found in a drop down list under the 'products' tab near the top of the home page. The category tabs include music, video, Podcasts and 'my social'.
My social is a social networking feature of this site. Registered users may create a profile, a friend list, list of favorite artists, upload pictures, take quizzes and message other users. Email notifications may be set to automatically let users know tour dates and other fan information about saved artists. Samples may be played from select songs. A pass is necessary to stream a full song. Music may be purchased from the 'Marketplace' by users who have downloaded the software.

The code of conduct for the social area of the site, along with links for zune.com, the site's store and trademark information are also located in this area.  This site is available in U.S. and Canadian English, French Canadian and Spanish.
