The site’s main page is a simple, clear and easy to navigate area, with a search bar and toolbar with links to UH academics, admissions, student life, research, athletics, news and events, and donor information. A side window provides links to information specific to prospective and current students, faculty, alumni, parents and visitors, and the business community. The central frame of the site features changing images of campus life scenes, the the predominant color of the page is red, red and white being the school’s colors. As well, the are two drop-down menus, one with links to information on each college department of the university, and a Quick Links menu leading to more general information such as the student library, housing, and bookstore. Additional university information, news and announcement items are displayed centrally on the page. The web site is easy to navigate, with links opening quickly. The frames are uncluttered, clearly written, and the graphics are colorful and high quality. Each window leads to additional information relative to the topic chosen, and these panes are clearly laid out and enjoyable to view.
