Mapsofworld.com is a site specializing in mapping solutions and information authentication. This site was launched in 2003 by Compare Infobase Limited and it is currently managed by MapXL, Inc.
The homepage displays a clickable map that visitors can use to view political maps and geographical, socio-economical, and travel information about countries around the world. Country pages also provide information about a country’s education system, sports teams, arts and entertainment industries, and science and technology academies, corporations, and programs.
The homepage also features the latest press releases and company news, a list of maps by continent, a list of products and services available under the ‘The World Maps you want’ section, and a link to buy maps online. Maps for sale are sorted by continent, country, city, and location, and world atlas maps are also available.
