Education.com provides parents of school-aged children with access to information and resources to give them the answers they need as well as activities and articles that make learning together with their children more fun- all for free. In this web site parents have access to thousands of articles that have been put together by the world’s leading teachers, psychologists, universities, non-profit organizations, and research organizations and they offer high credible, developmental and educations information that is recent, well organized and easily understood. The web site has seven tabs that appear in all of the pages. The tabs are labeled Home, Just Ask, Activities, Worksheets, School Finder, E-Learning, and Back to School. The Just Ask section of the web site is a place where parents can post any questions and wait to have them answered by members of the community. Also, visitors are welcome to browse through previously posted questions and their answers without being a member. To ask questions, however, one must create an account with Education.com. Under the Activities and Worksheets section visitors can find things based on the grade that the child is in (1-5) and by topic. School Finder lets the visitor browse through online school that meet a child’s individual needs.
