Alienware.com is the official website of Alienware, a subsidiary of Dell, Inc. that makes computers, both laptops and desktops, specifically for high-performance gaming. The website is the company’s online store, where you can view and purchase its many products. The Products tab actually takes you to the Alienware section of the Dell online store. Each product page has the basic specs of the computer, its features, user reviews, and different customization options to improve its capabilities. The Products tab also has a link to Alienware’s eBay store and the site’s PC game store (with direct downloads). The store features hundreds of PC games with trailers, patches, and a special download manager. The Support section is massive, with tons of FAQs and discussion topics. The My Hive subsection has customized support based on what you have purchased from Alienware, and Support also has free drivers and downloads for Alienware products purchased before September 2009, as well as information on how to upgrade to Windows 7 after buying an Alienware laptop.
