Yuku.com works as an image sharing, profile, blog and discussion board center all wrapped in one site. A user may have five different profiles registered under one account. Yuku’s goal is to be a safe and fun social networking site where users can share and communicate. On the homepage a user can search for a community of people with similar interests. The homepage displays a list of the featured communities, featured profiles, featured galleries, and the most common search tags. The homepage also shows current post by the title, the community it came from, and by the author. At the very bottom of the homepage users will find the list of different communities. In order to create profile users will have to provide some personal information, a valid email, username, and password. It is also in the registration section that users choose the community that they are going to be a part of. Users can bring domains and setup free domain masking accounts on the website. The website is completely free and it allows users to display there own header and footer ads. Users who want there pages to be completely ad free can subscribe and remove them.
