Women’s Health Magazine is, as the name states, the web site for the magazine Women’s Health Magazine. Women’s Health is for the woman who seeks to reach a healthy, attractice weight but doesn’t equate that with having thighs the size of toothpicks. At Women’s Health they know that exercising and eating well will make one happier and stronger. That looking and feeling good have very little to do with cosmetics and high heels and that life can be stressful since there’s never enough time, but balance is achievable. The Women’s Health web site is divided by ten different tabs. The tabs are labeled Home, Fitness, Sex and Relationships, Nutrition, Weight Loss, Health, Yoga, Beauty and Style, Life and Fit Coach. Under the fitness section the visitor can find recipes, slideshows, videos, quizzes, workouts and tools. Under the Sex and Relationships tab one can find a series of articles on the given topic. Under Nutrition one can browse through several subcategories such as a recipe finder, recipes, healthy eating, cooking, smart shopping, vitamins and eat this not that. Under the same tab one can find information and articles on nutrition. Under the weight loss tab one can find information on getting started, eating strategies, working it off, and success stories.
