Watchtower.org is the official website of Jehovah’s Witnesses. This site is available in 387 languages. The main category links include ‘Topics’, ‘Beliefs’, ‘Future’, ‘Medical’, ‘Publications’, and ‘Index’. The home page contains featured articles on topical issues such as infidelity in marriage, taxes and world affairs. Other articles are on religious topics such as the bible and the word of God. Still others are as diverse as how coffee is grown, harvested, processed and brewed.
Featured blocks on the home page include ‘Read the Bible Online’, ‘Sign Language Videos’ and an interactive question & answer feature on biblical topics; ‘How Would You Answer?’. In addition to the Sign Language videos available in several languages, bible study aids on video cassettes and DVDs are also available in multiple languages. Visitors may request a visit from a Jehovah’s Witnesses branch for information, or a free bible study via a link on the home page. The ‘Contact Us’ links found on the site lead to the same email request form. A link is available at the bottom of the home page for audio downloads of Watchtower magazines, Awake! and other publications on the jw.org (Worldwide Association of Jehovah’s Witnesses) site.
