Utdallas.edu is the official website of the University of Texas at Dallas, a major public university that is a part of the University of Texas system. The website is similar to most college/university websites, covering the school’s academics and college news, as well as sporting special subpages for prospective students, current students, faculty and staff, alumni and friends, and visitors. The Prospective Students subpage has information on admission, while the Current Students subpage has student resources like email, registration tools, and campus life information. The Academics tab features all seven of the university’s schools with all of the majors offered by each school and the different degrees you can get for each major. The Athletics tab takes you to cometsports.utdallas.edu, the university’s athletics news and information subpage (the university’s teams are the Comets). The Callier Center tab discusses the university’s eponymous special research center and clinic for people with speech, language, and hearing disorders. The Human Resources tab has employment information for current faculty and staff and those interested in working at UT Dallas, and the Library tab is a link to the university’s library website. Lastly, the Research tab has information on research at UT Dallas, while the Support UT Dallas tab is where you can donate to the university.
