The site is basic with videos and a lot of information. The top will give you information on the site and some facts you can read. The site is also connected to Digg. Then you can find a project by state or city, keyword search and federal program.

The left side of the page begins with home, frequently asked questions, site tutorial, tell a friend and news. All you have to do is find a project that interests you or one that you have knowledge on and let Stimulus Watch know what you think. Just vote on the project, edit the projects description and points and post a comment.

Then there is a box to find projects and another with the most discussed topics. You can share all this on Face book. There is another section on recent news. The middle section is long and features the most active today, all time most active, most expensive, most critical, and least critical. Then under that there is the description, city, state, jobs, cost, and program type and vote ratio.
