Sec.gov is the official website of the Security and Exchange Commission for the United States of America. On the site, one can find all types of financial information that is pertaining to the United State government. The SEC has random articles on the site about how the SEC is promoting literacy in elementary school. There is also a different news section where one can check out the alternative news which will soon reel in someone and get them to succumb to the curiosity of the SEC. There are a couple of main sections on the site that are about the SEC, Investor Information, and Invest Wisely. However, underneath new rivals are started to emerge. THE sections beneath are filings & forms, news & public statements, and divisions and offices. Next to the litigation section, this is very closely to the information section. The information section has random features such as information for accountants, broker dealer, broker dealer, EDGAR Files, funds & advice, and much money more including but limited to municipal market. This site is great for the economic teacher who applies or is attempting to find a real life example about what is going on in the economic market, government-wise.
