A visitor to the site can select their customer type from the opening screen by selecting from one of three options: Educators, Students, Booksellers. On the page that each of these selections leads to, you can browse the various resources. These resources include the ability to buy online, buy digital, get help with customer support, and read up on other initiatives that Pearson Higher Learning has made available. An examples of one of these other initiatives includes the option to look into getting a career at Pearson if you are student.
The site also has pages for international customers, librarians, government customers, the general public, etc. Within each page is the option to contact your Pearson rep.
