Pr.com is a website that companies can sign up with to promote whatever they want about themselves. People can also use this website to look up information about companies who have chosen to sign up. The site’s tagline is “We get the word out!” The front page features a search function and categories by which to browse all of the site’s companies. On the left are the various things that a company signed up with pr.com is able to do, like post its profile, post products and services, post job opportunities, distribute press releases, and generate leads. There are also links to the site’s business, product, service, press release, job opportunity, and article directories. These are displayed as links to each of those directories in the form of tabs at the top of the page. Below are featured or “Platinum” companies, recent articles, and recent press releases. At the very bottom of the page is an alternative link to signing up with the site and links to information about the site’s affiliate program, a Contact Us section, an About Us section, and a Help section. At the very top are two more alternate links to signing up, as well as a Log In link.
