Newser.com is an online news source which depends heavily on images as opposed to words. Their motto, as stated at the top of the page, is "Read Less, Know More."
Recent news stories are displayed in the same format as a thumbnail picture gallery; each headline has its own image.
When opened, news articles are brief and to the point. Each story is reduced to a headline, a picture and two paragraphs worth of information. The result of this is that there are many stories available, though that information will not be in-depth. Readers can make comments about the article in the section beneath, or respond to other comments already made by other visitors. Each story also links to related stories.
