On this site you can enter the books you are reading or your whole collection of books. The site has 850,000 book lovers. You can also be connected to other people that read what you do. The site itself is muted in shades of mauve and mint green. At the top under the title there is home, search, zeitgeist, talk, groups and local. There is also a language button and help button in the right corner. You can sign up to become a member and then sign in easily.
In the middle of the page there are two big boxes. The first box has Check it out. Under that is take the tour, sign up and see what bloggers and media are saying about Library thing. Under that is what’s good which has the largest book club, catalogue your books, find people, find new books and much more. The adjacent box has all the recent activity with reviews and ratings from the sites members. You will also find a star system to rate the books out of a possible five stars.
