Each section has a blog feed of various articles, and many of the posts are just brief descriptions, linking to other articles on other sites. The main sections are News, which covers political, environmental, social, and all other kinds of news, Arts and Events, Food, and Popular, which are just articles from other sections that received a lot of comments or were voted upon many times. The site also has a link, which is in the form of descriptions of various foods and spa treatments (with pictures) on the far left of the page, to a coupon site called groupon.com. The site is very glitchy, so multiple sections of the site can make your internet browser freeze up and can send you script alerts. The most offending sections are the News and Arts and Events section. The far left of the page has the most popular and featured stories, as well as a subscription function, information on how to contribute to the site with pictures and videos, coverage on neighborhood projects, links to various L.A.-related websites, and a link to the site’s iPhone application, istaverse.
