Kompass.com is a search function/database for finding information on businesses. The search engine itself is on the front page. You can search by location (worldwide, world region, or country), or you can search by subject (products and services, company name, trade name, and executive name). The Advanced Search and Guided Search can only be used if you have an account with the site, but the account is free. The site also has a search function for finding suppliers. Companies must sign up with the site to be included in their database, but it is extremely easy to do so, and the link to signing up is right on the front page in the Tools and Services menu. Also included in that menu are Request for Quotations to suppliers, Public Tenders, Search company in catalogue, Get marketing lists and leads, Contact +, and web demo. Next to the log-in link is a link for interested companies to advertise with Kompass. At the bottom of the page are links to testimonials of satisfied customers, to information on how to partner with Kompass, a free trial and demo, as well as an About section, Help, a Site Map, and a function to add the Kompass search to your website
