Kijiji.ca is a listing and advertising site for Canada that not only offers opportunities in Canada but also has several sites that link to different locations around the world. The site itself is in French but the language differs depending on the location and the national/accepted language of the area. The first thing that comes up on the site is a map of Canada that one can specify where he or she wants to see listings about. After you have selected a specific area, you are brought to a page with several locations on it. The top toolbar has five selections: look through announcements, put announcements on the site, My Kijiji account, discussions, and help. By clicking these different options one is taken to the different areas of the site based on the specific wanting of the visitor. On the right side of the site there are three main boxes that help to locate more recent listings and publicize different things of the area selected early. The three yellow bars read: new announcements, publicize, new in Kijiji. The second two options display different ads as the first box lists the five most recent listings in the area. On the main area of the page are several different categories that show specialized links that can take the reader to a specific area. The nine different categories are: buy and sell, cars, animals, housing, job listings, services, vacation locations, meetings, and community. With these links and descriptions, it is very easy to find what you are looking for on Kijiji.ca.
