I list my 18 year old son as a dependent on my tax return. He is a full time student living at home with no source of income. However he did redeem some US Savings bonds in 2009. Please tell me how I need to
file his 1099-INT. If I do need to report it seperatly can he still remain a dependent on my return?

i have a nineteen year old daughter who i can claim as a dependent because she has live with me since may 2009. she also graduated high school in 2009 and started going to school after. my question is: she has a 11 month old daughter who was born in march of 2009 and she has lived with me also, my question is can i legally claim her daughter with the earned income credit. her father went ahead of me and did his taxes and claimed her so i could not even though she hasnt lived with him, she only resided with him from march 18- may. i feel i have a legal right to claim her as well as claiming my daughter. Do i claim and just provide the proof with my tax forms???
