On the information on the homepage is divided into five sections. On the upper left users will find a search box. Below the search tool they will find a section labeled popular. On the section users will find new recipes for the day, popular recipes, the most active users on the website, and interesting recipes. Below this box sits a box labeled top foodies that displays the most popular users on the website. Next users will found a box that displays the top searches for recipes based on ingredients. They can also search for recipes based on tag keywords. Lastly the homepage features the newest foodies or members to the website. Under the recipes section users have three options; they can search. Browse, or share recipes. Visitors can use foodies to access a user’s page. On a user’s page a person can find an overview of the user, his or her recipes, his or her friends, his or her places, his or her groups, and his or her tags. A visitor can search through a person’s “places” which a list of restaurants that they frequent or own. One can also look at users photos, comment on their page, browse their menus, message them, and become their friends. Although visitors have access to most of the content and services on the website; they have to register in order to fully enjoy extra services of the site. For example a registered user can use “Roger” the recipe robot to predict recipes he or she will like and dislike based on his or her taste preferences.
