The homepage features an interactive map and a search tool that visitors can use to search the site for foreclosure listings in specific areas of the United States. The homepage also features a ‘Site Listings’ section that displays the number of listings on the site, as well as the type of listings. The ‘Hot foreclosure auctions’ section displays a list of states, along with the number of online real estate auctions in each state. Clicking on a state displays a list of online real estate auctions in that state, as well as an interactive map showing the location of the properties.
The ‘Certified Foreclosure Agent Training’ and ‘Real Estate Courses’ sections provide information about the training programs offered by the company. The ‘HUD Homes’ section provides an interactive map and a search tool that visitors can use to search for foreclosed HUD housing, or government sponsored housing. The ‘Stop Foreclosure’ and ‘Facing Foreclosure’ sections provide an online form that visitors can use to contact the company for assistance with their foreclosure situation. The ‘Real Estate Broker/Agents’ provides information about the premium programs they offer to real estate brokers and agents.
The bottom of each page also features a series of links to articles, calculators, webinars, the company’s blog, the site’s forum, and more.
