Folkd.com is a site that has random articles those talks about anything and everything. The site immediately shows its versatility because one can browse it through various languages such as English, German, Spanish, and even French. As seen on many other sites that employ at least some form of a social networking site, this site employs the use of tweets and the very popular website that is Twitter. The site is much unorganized as there are random bits of information scattered throughout the page. As disorganized as the site is. It does show some degree of self sufficiency through its toolbar which is its search bar. The search bar is run by the site itself, which is a complete aberration from most websites that just go ahead and resort to Google powered search bars.
