Failbog.org is a humor website that posts videos and photos depicting ironic or nonsensical occurrences in every day life, which they call “fails.” This site is part of the Cheezburger Network, along with Lolcats, Loldogs, LolCelebs, Look-Alikes, Lolnews, Graph Jam, Nostalgic Win, and Engrish Funny.

The homepage features the most recently posted “fails,” as well as a list of popular tags and recent comments. Each fail displays the name of the person who submitted it, as well as links to comments, links for sharing, and html code for embedding content into other sites.

Visitors can submit fails by clicking the ‘Send in the Fail Boat’ link at the top of the page and uploading the content through the Fail Uploader or by emailing it to the site. Once a fail is submitted, visitors vote by clicking the thumbs up icon if they want to see it on the homepage or the thumbs down icon if they don’t. If the content receives enough positive votes, it will be displayed on the home page. The ‘Random’ link displays randomly selected fails, along with a rating from one to five thumbs down and a full comment page. Registration is not required in order to post comments.
