What it does is offer you a chance to ask any question by calling or texting the number provided and your question gets channeled to their guide community and within minutes an answer will be sent to your phone. The main homepage is rather overwhelming upon its presentation.. It has a bar for you to type in your question on the homepage, and it gives you the answer immediately. Along with a short answer it offers you links to your answer for further investigation if you wish.. It has a column down the left with live questions from people logged in with this website. On the right is a box with a list of popular topics and below it the opportunity to browse by category to questions that have all ready been answered. Finally down at the bottom of the page you can find links to what Cha-Cha is about, employment opportunities with the company, how to advertise with them and of coarse contact information. Judging by the questions this site is established for grade school and high school students. The answers are little better than looking into wiki. And it deals with general information. If one ne4eded detailed information the links would help because the answer is a sentence or two. It is a good site to have bookmarked if you are a student but it still does not answer all questions and it does not better researching the answer yourself.
