This is a site many people can use and will be happy to find. CarePages.com is a free patient blog that connects friends and family during health challenges. The site itself is in muted colors and is compact in its appearance. The top of the page has the titles create, visit, learn, connect and support along with a search box to find what you are looking for quickly and easily.
Under that on the left of the page you will find a place to sign up and become a member. Then you can enter your email and password and you can access the site. There is also a picture that enhances the feel of the site. Under that you will find four different columns. These section or columns are titled Tip of the day, Find Family or Friends, popular search topics and discussion forums.
Under Tip of the Day you will find information on brightening a hospital corner. You can then search for family and friends. Under popular searches you will find links like cancer, preemies, surgery, chemo, brain, lupus and more. The discussion forum topics are interesting and informative with topics like, “The day you learned you had cancer”, “Preemie Parents” and more.
