BillMatrix was founded in 1994 and is an innovative organization in the filed of alternative payment solutions. Fiserv bought BillMatrix in 2005 and changed the company name to Fiserv in 2009. Currently, a large number of consumer billers still rely on Fiserv to manage their electronic payment service needs. When Bill Matrix is first opened, an announcement appears notifying the visitor about Bill Matrix's name change to Fiserv. The home page is divided into three section with the third section divided into three more, smaller sections. The first section of the website consists of tabs titled Home, About Us, What We Do, News Success Stories, and Contact. The second section allows the user to search through the services and industries that Bill Matrix/ Fiserv serve. The third section of the website allows is divided into overview, services, and latest news. In the website, however, there is no method to subscribe to the service or sign up. If one wishes to sign up to make payments via fiserv, one must contact the company directly. The options that the customer has for contact are to either call the company's toll free number or email. The options are also divided into contact for consumers and contact for businesses.
