Bestbuy.com is the official website of Best Buy, a retail store specializing in electronics. The top portion of the site consists of a navigation menu and the bottom portion consists of various support and company information links. The homepage showcases featured products and special offers, and is set up so that products can be searched by name and category. The ‘Small Business Center’ features products that are recommended specifically for small businesses and links to technical support provided by Geek Squad.

Since items can be purchased online, there is also a shopping cart, order status and my account link at the top of each page. The ‘My Account’ area allows visitors to save their billing, shipping and credit card information for future purchases; this is also where order status and purchase history can be viewed. There is a link to the gift center, where a visitor can shop for gifts by price, recipient and occasion and there is a link to the outlet center where visitors can find reduced priced items.

There are also links throughout for purchasing gift cards and applying for store credit cards, and for joining the Reward Zone program. The Reward Zone program allows member to earn reward points for shopping and provides periodical discounts and special rates on shipping.
